Insurance & Payment Options
We believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. That is why we accept most major insurance plans and offer flexible payment options to make therapy as accessible as possible.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We are in-network with the following insurance providers. If you do not see your plan listed, please contact us — we may still be able to help.
Aetna
BlueCross BlueShield
Cigna
UnitedHealthcare
Humana
Medicare
Medicaid
Self-Pay Welcome
Insurance benefits vary by plan. We always recommend verifying your specific coverage before your first appointment. Our team is happy to assist with benefit verification.
Flexible Payment Options
No insurance? No problem. We offer several options to help make therapy affordable and accessible for everyone.
Sliding Scale Fees
We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Reduced rates are based on household income and available on a case-by-case basis.
HSA & FSA Accepted
You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for therapy sessions. Mental health care is an eligible expense under most plans.
Transparent Pricing
Individual therapy sessions start at $150. We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Your therapist will discuss costs with you before beginning treatment.
What Is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that we provide to you after each session. It contains all the information your insurance company needs to process a claim for reimbursement, including diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and provider details.
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you can submit the superbill to your insurance company to request partial or full reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits. Many clients are pleasantly surprised by how much they receive back.
How to Submit a Superbill
- 1Pay for your session at the time of service using our self-pay rate.
- 2We will provide you with a superbill after each session (or monthly, if you prefer).
- 3Submit the superbill to your insurance company via their online portal, app, or by mail.
- 4Your insurance company will reimburse you directly based on your out-of-network benefits.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give patients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including therapy and counseling.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency health care services. We are committed to transparency and will provide this estimate before your first session or upon request.
