What is Insomnia?

Insomnia is a common sleep disorder that makes it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep, or get restful sleep. Chronic insomnia can have serious effects on mental and physical health, contributing to depression, anxiety, impaired concentration, and reduced quality of life. Insomnia is often linked to underlying mental health conditions and responds well to treatment.
